WARRANTY & REPAIR POLICY
We stand behind our products
We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our car camping platforms and want them to last you as long as you own your vehicle. If any components of your platform setup are damaged through normal camping/overlanding use, please contact us to discuss repair or replacement options. Individual pieces can typically be replaced at no charge if customer is willing to cover the shipping costs associated with the replacement components. This policy does not cover damages to platform caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, modifications, or exposure to extreme conditions. Normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, and minor cosmetic damage are typically not eligible for replacement.
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us at info@colfaxcampers.com with proof of purchase or order #, photos of the damage, and a brief description of the issue. After reviewing your claim, we will determine if the damage qualifies for repair or replacement.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. We reserve the right to modify this policy as needed.
Shipping Damage
If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please notify us as soon as possible. We will replace any components damaged during transit at no additional cost. To initiate a claim, contact us at info@colfaxcampers.com with photos of the damage and your order details. We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you promptly.
